A friend recommended Holly when my sister was looking for a house. Holly listened to all the needs and wants. (There were a lot!!) My husband and I began househunting on our own. We ended up finding some property we liked, about 45 minutes outside of Boise. When I called about the property, Holly happily agreed to meet us there. The day we were to meet there, we were having a huge thunder, lightning and hail storm. It was crazy. We couldn’t see a hand in front of us, But without fail, Holly and her has been Ron showed up at the property. The property wasn’t the right fit for us but, we really liked Holly and Ron, so they offered to start sending us local listings. This started months of us meeting Holly and or Ron at pretty much any house that looked like a possibility for us. I’m embarrassed to say how many places we looked at and turned down. At one point we found a place that we really liked and Holly put an offer on the home for us. A very strange offer came back and Holly was first to tell us that she had a bad feeling about it. My husband and I were so grateful that we had found realtors that were willing to tell us to walk away from something that was going to make them a good commission. She was looking out for our best interest before her paycheck. And she was absolutely right. It was a bad offer. You I don’t find people willing to truly put their clients needs in front of their own very often, these days. We finally found a wonderful home and we had a very nice experience with the sale. They were 100% on top of things and anytime we had a question or needed something, they were immediately on top of it and ready to help. It was a great experience. I’m so thankful that we found them and we highly recommend them to anyone out there looking to buy or sell a home or property.
